Why use CUsource?
Credit Unions position themselves to help meet their members financial needs, however many credit unions don't think they can afford to offer a robust real estate loan program that includes the secondary market.
Members are often lured away by competitors offering home loans and lowering interest rates with the switching of checking accounts. Ironically, a real estate loan program is the one service that credit unions can afford. Even when the market is volatile.
