CUsource, LLC is a Credit Union Service Organization offering data processing services, real estate loan processing and real estate loan servicing to credit unions in the state of Montana.

Why use CUsource?

Credit Unions position themselves to help meet their members financial needs, however many credit unions don't think they can afford to offer a robust real estate loan program that includes the secondary market.

Members are often lured away by competitors offering home loans and lowering interest rates with the switching of checking accounts. Ironically, a real estate loan program is the one service that credit unions can afford. Even when the market is volatile.

Simply employ CUsource to process and / or service your loan portfolio. There are many benefits to contract processing versus in-house loan processing.
