CUsource was born twenty years ago as a solution. Local credit unions shared a vision to create a credit union cuso that could serve their data processing needs better and for a shared cooperative price.
After all they were tired of paying the high costs for data processing software that didn't even do what they needed it to do (sound familiar?) Over the years, CUsource has merged with similar companies when it made financial sense and added services as the needs of the credit unions changed. As a result, CUsource is able to support credit Unions with over 20,000 members as well as credit unions serving under 1000 members. We are using the UltraData Enterprise package to manage our credit union's transactions and back office functions. Over the years, one thing has never changed: we have kept prices lower by cooperatively sharing.
As we have grown, CUsource has been able to develop IT and Application departments that know the needs of credit unions. We are located within seven hours of all our credit unions and are intricately connected to the credit unions. You will often see us at Montana Credit Union Network functions, spearheading Montana Credit Union Systems projects, and traveling to the credit unions for: site visits, providing free training and sometimes just to have coffee. Our staff of twenty fantastic, smart and friendly guru's are available to you and your staff practically around the clock.
CUsource is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, with after hours support available. The corporate headquarters is located in Great Falls, MT and our real estate office is located in Billings, MT. An additional site, in Helena, houses our disaster recovery center.
