Once your file has gone through our Postal Optimization process, we send it to one of our Xerox high-speed laser printers. We chose these printers for the quality of their printing - crisp and easy to read.

We customize the statement form for each of our customers. We work with you to design a form that is not only aesthetically pleasing, but functional as well. Ink color, shading and layout are all created the way you want them. They are a consistent communication with your customer, so we want them to convey your professionalism and style.

For those customers that are not pleased with the layout of their data, we have the ability to build the statement "from the ground up". With your unformatted data, our Xerox software gives us the ability to lay your data down the way you want. We can add shading, columns, payment stubs, and many other features to make your statements as user friendly as possible.

When printing, we can offer you black plus one highlight color. Our choices are blue, green or red. The highlight color option does just that - highlights any area you want extra impact with. Statement messages, past due balances, and due dates are just some of the items we can highlight for you.

We also have multiple options for customer notification. We can add graphic or text messages according to data you specify, or simply put them on every statement. The choice is yours!
