We use state of the art, intelligent inserting equipment to insert your statement and any collateral material of your choosing to create your finished mailpiece. As with the statement form, we will work with you to customize your envelope. We can print in your colors with your logo so your customers recognize that all important piece of mail.

Inserter control marks are printed on each page of your statement file to be read by the inserter. These marks control a variety of things, most importantly security. We here at CUsource take quality control very seriously. We understand the data we receive is private and should only be seen by the person it was intended for. The security marks placed on your statements allow us to catch statements that have double or partial-fed and correct them before they leave our facility. While the process is mechanical and not without errors, we work very hard to ensure your statements are exactly as they should be when we give them to the post office.

In addition to inserting your statements, our inserter can also add any marketing pieces or notifications you would like put into your statements. We have the ability to insert up to 4 pieces into each envelope, 3 of which can be selective. We can insert marketing pieces based on account type, geographic location, balance due or many other options. It's up to you.

Once we have completed inserting your file, we deliver the finished mail pieces to the US Postal Service. We will work with you to establish a timeline for delivery of your mail to the post office.
