Image exchange is the way of the future for processing in-clearing items from the Federal Reserve and other service providers. We can receive your forward items for processing in the standard electronic format approved by the Federal Reserve Bank. We will process and balance your items then create an electronic file for easy posting to your member accounts.

For those items that still require paper processing, we utilize high speed sorting equipment to quickly and accurately process your daily in-clearing items. Your items are imaged and balanced to ensure accuracy. We then present them to you along with your image exchange items in an electronic format for easy posting to your member accounts. We provide same day account settlement for your items and provide you with the necessary tools for easy reconciliation.

Our Image Capture System is faster and more accurate than other systems. The images provided by our system are crisper and cleaner than the old microfiche systems still in use by many companies today. Our Draft Department Staff is always available to help you resolve research questions or with account adjustments. We are here to assist you in providing the best possible service to your members.
