Our Draft Processing Division services over 50 credit unions in Montana and Idaho. We offer a full range of services including MICR and Image capture for truncated and non-truncated accounts, return processing, proof of deposit and item encoding, and research and adjustments.
Our Image Capture system is the newest innovation in check processing, capturing and archiving each item processed for future reference or delivery via home banking systems or internal Internet browser access.
Check 21 opened the door for the exchange of electronic images in your daily business. 'Remote Image Capture' allows you to capture an image of your deposit items at each branch. The image and MICR information is transmitted to our Helena office for processing and inclusion in a co-mingled cash letter. Your items will be presented through the most cost-effective provider. You will see next day credit through your correspondent without the original document ever leaving your credit union.
