Disaster Recovery

Our Disaster Recovery Center is here to serve you in the event of a disaster at CUsource. The center is located in Helena, MT at UniPro Systems, Ltd. Our center is equipped with the following redundancies:
  * Frame Communications
  * Host Processing Serveres
  * Voice Response Server (Supports on voice line per credit union)
  * PC Banking Server (Supports MFA)
  * OnBase Server
  * Telecom Recovery Service
    - Incoming Calls and Faxes
    - Broadcast Messaging

Disaster Recovery Features

Our Disaster Recovery Center is available 24X7X365 and includes the following features:
  * Dual Climate control systems
  * Onsite generated power fueled by natural gas and battery backup for all components of the operation providing filtered power to all      systems
  * Full perimeter security with motion, fire, temperature, water, and glass breakage sensors
  * Fulltime video recording of the computer room
  * HFC277ez gas fire suppression system in the computer room
  * Continuous montitoring with phone notification of all components of the network
  * Dedicated workstations for CUsource staff

Disaster Recovery Plan Testing Requirements

  * Redundant Communications
    - All primary locations tested semiannually
  * Backup Systems
    - Tested Semiannually
      - Minimum of two credit unions each test
      - Testing is rotated among all clients
      - Testing includes the Host Systems, Voice Response and PC Banking
  * Backup Systems
    - Tested Semiannually
      - Testing includes LaserPro, CoreTrac, Touche Analyzer, Captovation and Real Estate Systems.

  * All staff
    - Annually
  * All Training is logged and reported
  * Disaster Recovery Plan Review/Updates
  * All Departments
    - Monthly
  * All reviews and updates are logged and reported
