After Hour Software Support is from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
After Hour Month End Support is from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m Monday through Friday.
After Hour Month End Support is from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturdays.
